About

Julie Dugger has a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago and was awarded an NEH Fellowship at the Keough-Naughton Institute for Irish Studies at the University of Notre Dame. She was a panelist at the Bloomsday 100 International James Joyce Symposium and has published on the poetry and politics of the Young Ireland movement.
