TESOL in NTNU
Program and Travel Dates: December 15-24, 2018
Participants will be traveling independently, and are required to arrive by the morning of December 16 and stay through the end of the afternoon on Dec. 23, 2018. Participants are allowed to arrive early or extend their stay at their personal expense.
The WWU/NTNU Cloud project, a program that includes online teaching fall 2018 between TESOL associates from WWU and Taiwanese elementary and middle school teachers and their classrooms, culminates in a visit to Taiwan and their partner schools, and a conference in Taipei, in December of 2018.
A summer 5 week educational program for Taiwanese participants and their WWU counterparts, followed by online cooperative teaching Fall 2018, and an educational visit and conference held in Taiwan in December.
Expectations of Participants:
Teachers will be working beside their Taiwanese teacher partners in various classrooms in various regions of Taiwan. Will need to communicate effectively both orally and with visual support.
