Europe

Graz, Austria Karl-Franzens Universität Graz 

Students can study in both English and German, although English language courses may be limited. Intensive German courses are available.

Mikkeli, Finland Aalto University School of Business                       

Students can take English courses in Business, Management, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Law, Mathematics, and Foreign Languages.

Bordeaux, France Kedge Business School                                             

Students can take Business, Finance, or Marketing courses in English or French. Kedge is particularly noted for coursework in Supply Chain Management.

Caen, Le Harve, Oxford, France EM Normandie School of Business  

EM Normandie is a French Business School, offering business courses in English or French.

Lyon, France Université Lumière Lyon 2

Lyon II offers a wide variety of courses in Humanities. Primary language of instruction is French, although a few English electives are available.

Göttingen, Germany Georg-August-Universität Göttingen

Students may take courses within the Faculty of Social Sciences. All courses are taught in German.

Rotterdam, Netherlands Erasmus University Rotterdam (ESHCC)

Students may take courses from Cultural And Ethnic Studies; History; Intermedia/Multimedia.

Rotterdam, Netherlands Erasmus University Rotterdam (ESSB)

Students may take courses from Psychology; Public Administration; Sociology.

Bergen, Norway Western Norway University of Applied Sciences

English courses in Recreation, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, and Health.

Bilbao, Vitoria-Gasteiz, and San Sebastian, Spain University of the Basque Country

Extensive coursework in Spanish and English. Each department also offers a significant number of English Friendly Courses (EFC), in which the syllabus summary, lecturer tutoring,  examinations and/or papers are available in English. Such courses would be an excellent fit for students at an intermediate level of Spanish.

There is a wide selection of programs and courses taught in English in such fields as Sports, Recreation, Health, Engineering, Business, and Social Sciences.

Umeå, Sweden Umeå University

Courses are available in English in a variety of subjects including; Arts, Sciences, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Education, Engineering, Environmental & Social Sciences.

Hull, United Kingdom University of Hull

The University of Hull offers courses in 50 disciplines including Arts, Humanities, Business, Education, Health, Sciences & Social Sciences.

Plymouth, United Kingdom University of Plymouth

Plymouth University is a comprehensive university with strengths in Business, Psychology, and Maritime Studies.

Australia

Newcastle, Australia University of Newcastle

Courses are available in Accounting & Finance, Architecture, Business and Entrepreneurship, STEM, Communication & Creative Industries, Education, Health & Medical Services, Law, Science and the Environment, Society & Culture.

Perth, Australia Edith Cowan University

Courses are available in Arts & Humanities, Business & Law, Engineering & Technology, Medical & Health Sciences, Nursing & Midwifery, Science, Teacher Education, and through the Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts.

Tasmania, Australia University of Tasmania

Students can take courses in Design, Arts, Music & Theater, Humanities & Social Sciences, Business & Economics, Computing and IT, Education, Teaching, Psychology, Science and more.

Asia

Akita City, Japan Akita International University

AIU is a small university located in rural Akita prefecture. Aside from language classes, all courses are taught in English. Students can take upper-division courses in Japanese Studies, International Business, or Global Studies.

Kichijoji, Japan Seikei University

The Seikei Institute for International Studies (SIIS) provides several Japanese language and Japanese culture subjects for foreign students. Students are divided into small classes by proficiency level, and learn reading, grammar, conversation, etc., in a balanced way.

Mitaka, Japan International Christian University

Founded on the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, ICU aims to cultivate “responsible global citizens” who will contribute to world peace and to help people from diverse backgrounds live together harmoniously. In addition to language classes, students can take a wide range of courses from a wide range of fields. Fields include American Studies, Anthropology, Art & Culture, Biology, Business, Education, Economics, Global Studies, Gender, History, Information Science, Japan Studies, Law, Linguistics, Mathematics, Music, Physics, Politics, Psychology, and Sociology.

Nagoya, Japan Nagoya University of Foreign Studies 

NUFS offers the Global Japan Program, which is comprised Japan Language courses and Global Japan Studies courses. Students in this program may choose Japanese language classes and English-taught regarding Japanese business, culture, history or society.

Tokyo, Japan Asia University

Asia U offers an intensive, Japanese language program in the Spring followed by a moderately paced language program in the Fall with additional undergraduate courses available taught in Japanese. Students are encouraged to apply for an academic year starting in the Spring.

Tokyo, Japan Tsuda University

Tsuda is one of the best known women's colleges in Japan. With relatively few international students, Tsuda provides a great opportunity to become immersed in everyday life with Japanese students. Tsuda offers Japanese Language courses and content courses in English. 

Yokohama, Japan Yokohama National University

Students going to YNU enroll in the JOY program (Junior Year Overseas at Yokohama National University). Courses are offered in varieties of disciplines covering Humanities, Social Sciences, and Engineering in English. Other courses in Japanese may be available.                                                                            

Seoul, South Korea Seoul Women’s University

Students can participate in the Korean Language Program at Seoul Women’s University or take additional coursework in Korean. Some coursework is available in English

Seoul, South Korea Yonsei University 

In addition to Korean language, Yonsei University has developed a wide range of university courses taught in English, including Business, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, International Studies, Math, Humanities, Health, and Social Sciences.

Taipei, Taiwan National Chengchi University 

NCCU offers coursework taught in English and Chinese in the fields of Business, Economics, Finance, International Business, International Relations, and Marketing. Students can take business courses only, language courses only, or a combination of both.
